Newman and Gray has gained considerable attention as a restorer of classic wooden and fiberglass boats.

Most of these projects has been with boats of considerable size.

Occasionally however, a client will ask the boatyard for help with a smaller boat - such as a skiff.

Sometimes the skiff has been in the family for years or is otherwise an old friend, much too valuable to be replaced.

The left-hand photos are of a Newman 12 ft skiff restored for a client.

The right-hand photos are for a Dyer 10 ft sailing skiff, again restored for a client.

The skiffs shown here were completely restored.
